Administrative Assistant, Agency Relations (1 Year Contract)
Daily Bread Food Bank is seeking an individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Agency Relations, the Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service and support to our member agencies.
Responsibilities for this job include: Co-ordinating all major communications with member agencies, such as reporting statistics, database maintenance, workshop registrations, membership renewals, and area meetings. Organize the Agency Relations office, Answer inbound calls, Produce external letters.
The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
