Canstruction Toronto raised over 85,000 pounds of food last year for Daily Bread Food Bank, and that was good enough to rank second among the 200 cities world-wide that participated last year in this unique design competition.  Creating amazing structures out of canned food, design teams compete against each other in a number of different categories and exhibit their structures in downtown Toronto for a week before donating the food to Daily Bread.

This year, Canstruction Toronto will be moving their event from November to the spring. The competition will be held May 26 to June 2, 2013 and we look forward to them beating Dallas for next year’s top spot among all the Canstruction cities.
