Did you know it’s Hunger Awareness Week in Canada? Join Global Toronto this Thursday morning outside The Morning Show studio at 121 Bloor St East on your way to work and don’t forget to being a non-perishable food item to help Fill the Food Banks.

Outside the studio there will be a huge Campbell’s display that spells out the word ‘HUNGER’ using 2100 cans of soup.  Starting at 7:30 a.m., each donation from you will remove a can until all the cans are gone and the word HUNGER has disappeared. For each food item donated, 1 can will be removed, but you can also donate money which means for each dollar raised, 1 can will also be removed. Your donations will help stock Daily Bread’s shelves for the summer months with much-needed food.

Even more exciting, everyone who donates will be entered into a draw to win a walk-on role on the hit Global show, Bomb Girls!
