In Daily Bread’s industrial-sized kitchen, staff cook and prepare thousands of nutritious meals every month. These meals are sent out to drop-in programs at hostels, shelters and community centres across Toronto.
Daily Bread’s kitchen also means we can maximize the amount of healthy food we can use. Sometimes we receive fresh food that won’t last long enough to be delivered or needs to be used right away. We will recover that fresh food in our cafeteria. Daily Bread’s cafeteria provides meals to volunteers and groups that help make our work possible.
