Benefits of volunteering

Volunteering is a rewarding way to give back while seeing the impact firsthand. Whether sorting food or supporting in the kitchen, your contribution helps Daily Bread meet the urgent needs of neighbours across Toronto while advocating for long-term change.

Please note that most of our volunteer opportunities take place at our warehouse at 191 New Toronto Street in South Etobicoke, with the exception of special events. If you’re hoping to volunteer at a location closer to you, we encourage you to use our Find a Food Bank page and contact that member agency directly to inquire about their volunteer opportunities.
