Daily Bread Food Bank Listed in Charity Intelligence's Top 100 Rated Charities

November 10, 2020

We are excited and honoured to be included in the Charity Intelligence Top 100 Rated Charities of 2020.

This 2020 Giving Season is going to be tough. With COVID-19, and the economic shutdown to flatten the curve, Canadians report they are giving 37% less to charities.

This decline in giving puts frontline charities under enormous financial stress. At the same time, many frontline charities are facing an unprecedented surge in demand for services.

Using data analytics to look at a charity’s results, costs, and impact, Charity Intelligence’s Top 100 list is comprised of charities that they have analyzed and vetted so Canadians can give with greater confidence.

We are grateful to our donors for choosing to support Daily Bread Food Bank in our mission to end hunger in Toronto, and for their support as we advocate for solutions to end poverty.

And we also want to thank our incredible team of staff, volunteers and general supporters for their part in making Daily Bread an impactful organization.
