As voters in Beaches-East York prepare to cast their ballots in the upcoming August 31 federal by-election, Daily Bread Food Bank and Calvary Baptist Church, home to the Calvary Grace Food Bank, are bringing together local candidates for a community debate focused on the issues that matter most to residents.
Candidate selection process: Daily Bread’s criteria for federal and provincial debates are to invite candidates from political parties with representation in the legislature. Other candidates are welcome to attend the event and distribute materials to participants.
