BloQ Party on the Queensway

On Saturday, August 27, the Shop the Queensway BIA is hosting a community festival at Queensway Park. Daily Bread Food Bank is the Charity Partner, and all funds raised from the raffle, 50/50 draw and silent auction will support our mission to end hunger in our city.

Event-goers can look forward to:

• Tasty food from local vendors
• Face-painting and other kid-friendly activities
• Spinning DJs
• Yoga and meditation sessions
• Live performances (five-time Juno nominee Ammoye will be among those taking the stage)
• Pup snapshots with on-site dog photography
• Specialty cocktails in the 19+ area

Bring nonperishable food items to donate — members of the Daily Bread Food Bank team will be on site to collect donations. Come say hi!
