Plate Swap, the annual fundraising event created by Chef Justin Leboe of Model Milk in Calgary will take place for the first time in Toronto at Piano Piano.
Plate Swap brings together five chefs from across Canada to “swap” and reinterpret each other’s signature dishes. The evening consists of 5 courses including wine pairings and dessert, raffle giveaway and will be hosted by The Social’s Jessica Allen.
On May 27, 2019 Canada’s top culinary talent will unite in support of Toronto charities, including Daily Bread Food Bank.
